Refund Policy

We want every tool you buy from Ubenio to arrive ready to work. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

Returns — 15 days, defective or damaged items

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return if your item arrives defective, damaged, or not working as described. We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or items damaged through misuse.

We do not offer exchanges. Approved returns are refunded (see below).

How to start a return

Email us first at support@ubenio.com before sending anything back. Please include your order number and a short description (a photo of the defect or damage helps us approve your return faster). We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you about approval. If approved, your refund goes back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Canada & United States

Our 15-day defective-or-damaged return policy applies the same way in Canada and the United States. Refunds are issued in the currency you paid in — Canadian dollars (CAD) for orders placed on ubenio.ca, and US dollars (USD) for orders placed on ubenio.com.

Damaged or wrong item on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, contact us at support@ubenio.com within 15 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
