Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
Defective Products Only
We accept returns for defective or damaged products only. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@ubenio.com with your order number and photos of the defect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

- Downloadable software products
- Products returned after 15 days from delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you received a defective item, please request a return and place a new order.
Return Shipping
For defective products, we will provide return shipping instructions. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first at support@ubenio.com.
Order Cancellation
We are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and shipped. If you wish to cancel before shipment, contact us immediately at support@ubenio.com.
