NOHAWK T2 2-in-1 Laser Tape Measure 40m — USB Rechargeable + 5m Steel Tape

Two tools in one pocket-size body: a 40-metre laser distance meter and a 5-metre (16 ft) self-locking steel tape. Point the laser for long runs, pull the tape for short ones — no second person needed on the other end.

What it is: the NOHAWK T2, a 2-in-1 laser tape measure. USB rechargeable (300 mAh lithium battery), so there are no batteries to buy or swap mid-job.

• Laser range: 40 m; laser accuracy ±2 mm; 5 m / 16 ft steel tape with self-locking design
• Modes: single measurement, continuous, area, volume, and Pythagorean (indirect height)
• Unit switch: metres, inches, feet (long-press the mode button)
• Digital display shows measurement results, battery status, and current mode
• Front/rear reference switching for inside vs. outside measurements; storage mode recalls past readings
• Class 2 laser (<1 mW); compact 82 x 50 x 76 mm body
• USB rechargeable — charging cable included; auto power-off saves battery

A contractor's take: I use a laser for estimates and layouts every week. For a room, measure length and width off the same corner and you have your floor area. For a wall, measure top and bottom — if the numbers disagree, the wall is not square, and now you know before you start cutting. The built-in tape covers everything under 5 metres, so one tool handles the whole job.

Note: the laser works best indoors; strong direct sunlight can reduce the maximum range. Avoid measuring off black or highly reflective surfaces.
