These were easy to install. i hope they will last a long time. i wouldn't recommend them for a high traffic area in the home, but for small rooms that don't get a lot of people walking through them they're good. they're cushiony and very glossy. the white marble ones backing was hard to remove though, so be prepared to struggle to peel that off each one. they look great after installation!
