1.Please be sure the frequency in the place where you are going to install is match with your mobile phone. Frequency doesn't match, it will noe work.

2.And make sure you can get at least 3 bars signal of outdoor before you buy, otherwise this product can't help you. It needs outdoor good signal to improve your indoor signal.

3.please install follow our installation steps. If really can NOT works, please contact us attached pictures or video, so that we can help you check. Do NOT just open disputes without any communication.

If you need, Please choose the signal (2G/3G/4G) you want first and check it as below ,

Apple system: call : *3001#12345#* ,signal strength will show on the top left corner.

Samsung system : call : *#0011#

Or you can download "Cell Mapper" app to check .

Put your phone there to check its signal strengthness outside:

Android : settingrarrabout phonerarrstatusrarrnetwork ,dbm display shall be at -75dbm to -85dbm around ;

IOS : dial *3001#12345#*, dbm display shall be at -75dbm to -85dbm around ;
